We are currently seeking a Junior Kitchen Hand at our popular waterfront restaurant in Docklands, Cargo Restaurant. In this part time position, you need to be available to work some weeknights and on weekends. You must be proactive, productive and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Kitchen Hand duties include
Maintaining a clean and hygienic work workplace
Maintaining the equipment and utensils
Supporting and assisting kitchen team
Ensuring OHS procedures are followed
Stock rotation and food safety adherence
Food preparation and allocation

You will have the following:

Ability to work quickly and efficiently
