About the role

As a leading Family Law firm in Perth, we have an exciting prospect for an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Admin Assistant to join our legal practice. The successful individual will perform a rapid-paced role with meaningful impact by engaging in clerical and administrative tasks at an appropriate level.

Key responsibilities
Recognise legal documents. Maintain and update court briefs/files.
Accurate data entry to assist in maintaining diary, document and matter management.
Assist with basic accounts administration.
General duties including filing, scanning, opening/closing files and overflow of the switchboard.
Support the team with general office duties to maintain productive work practices.

Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
Willing to learn, take direction, and communicate effectively with others.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while collaborating in a team environment.




Previous experience in the legal industry or a similar administrative role is advantageous, but not essential.
