Due to continued company growth, we are seeking an organised and skilled Experienced Labourer / General Fencer to join our Traralgon team.

The Opportunity:

This full-time position is a hands-on role involving fencing, concreting, excavation, machinery operation and truck driving across residential, rural and large-scale commercial projects.

Key Duties
Install steel, timber, rural, security and commercial fencing.
Complete concreting work, including mixing, pouring and finishing concrete.
Excavate post holes, footings, trenches and work areas.
Safely operate excavators and other construction machinery.
Drive company vehicles and transport materials, machinery and equipment.
Use hand and power tools.
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Set posts,



install gates and complete general fencing work.
Undertake general site clean-up and manual labour tasks.
Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience
Previous fencing or construction experience
Physically fit with a robust work ethic
Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
Current driver’s licence
White Card (Construction Induction Card) – essential
Forklift Licence – essential
Medium Rigid truck licence and/or machinery tickets
