Job Description

Hungry Jack's in Melbourne seeks a Restaurant Leader reporting to the Restaurant Manager within the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT). You will drive guest satisfaction, lead a team across service and production areas, and embed our values of Guest Obsessed and People Power.

You'll manage promotions, develop staff, merchandise the store, control stock, and maintain a protected workplace. The role offers on‐the‐job training, leadership development, and explicit career pathways across our growing network
