MiMi Eatery is a brand new cafe opening in Bentleigh and we’re looking for an experienced barista/all rounder who is passionate about coffee and thrive in a fast-paced café setting.

If you take pride in consistency, love working with people and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’re looking for:
Minimum 2 years barista experience in a busy café
Confident working solo or in a team during peak periods
Excellent milk texturing and latte art
Outstanding workflow and speed without compromising quality
Friendly, energetic and reliable
Available for weekend shifts
Assist in training
