Key responsibilities
Build genuine and respectful relationships with children and families
Support children's exploration, investigation and learning in outdoor and nature-based environments
Contribute to creating quality environments and experiences
Work collaboratively with the educator and leadership team
Bring ideas, enthusiasm and personality to the role
Help shape the culture of the service
Value outdoor play, nature and real-life learning experiences
Support children as capable, competent human beings in their learning
About you
Hold, or be working towards, a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Warm, capable and genuinely enjoy working with children
Confident, reliable and able to use initiative
Able to work collaboratively while also thinking independently
Understand that quality education is about far more than completing paperwork
