Working closely with Studio Leads and the wider team, you'll translate client briefs into sharp opportunities, ideas and responses- blending strategic thinking with hands-on campaign and operational support.You'll also help keep the team running smoothly, supporting administration, coordination and workflow behind the scenes.This is a capability-building role, offering exposure to campaign strategy, media and creative solutions across SCA's audio, digital, content, talent and cross-platform offerings.What does your day to day look like?
Support Studio Leads and Campaign Strategists in developing insight-led responses to client and agency briefs, translating objectives into transparent territories and integrated media solutionsContribute to pitches and proactive opportunities through research, ideas, presentations and supporting materialsBuild knowledge of SCA's products, audiences, content and talent to spot opportunities across audio, digital, content and cross-platform assetsCoordinate campaigns end-to-end with support from brief through to pitch, gathering stakeholder input and maintaining timelines and deliverablesMaintain case study libraries and market insights, and support post-campaign reporting and learningsProvide administrative and coordination support to Studio Leads, including trackers, WIPs, meeting schedules and shared Studio resourcesWhat you'll need:1–3 years' experience in media,



advertising, marketing, content or a related industryHighly organised with strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with easeA genuine passion for media strategy, audience behaviour and creativity, paired with confidence across both strategic thinking and hands-on administrative tasksSkilled in PowerPoint/Google Slides and the broader Microsoft Office suiteA curious, proactive mindset and a natural collaborator who thrives working across diverse stakeholders and disciplinesLet us sweeten the deal!
