Hands-on across product configuration, guided selling, order management, and end-to-end customer journey.

We are looking for a Salesforce Communications Cloud Engineer (Vlocity) to join a major delivery program.

n

Whatyou'llbe doing:

n

n
Developing andcustomisingOmniStudiocomponents -OmniScripts,FlexCards,DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, andVlocityCards - to deliver reusable, modular solutions across sales and service processes.
n
Implementing andoptimisingindustry CPQ processes, including product catalogues, pricing logic, and rules.
n
Configuring and enhancing Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC) and Order Management to streamline service activation and delivery.
n
Integrating Communications Cloud with external OSS/BSS, billing, and ERP systems using Salesforce APIs,DataRaptors,



and Integration Procedures.
n
Building andmaintainingcustom objects, Apex classes, and Lightning Web Components for platform extensions.
n
Participatingin code reviews, QA, and deployment planning, and supporting production settings with troubleshooting and fixes.
n

Whatyou'llneed:

n

n
6+ years of hands‐on experience with Salesforce Industries / Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
n
StrongOmniStudiocapability acrossOmniScripts,FlexCards,DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
n
Solid knowledge of Salesforce CPQ for Communications, product catalogues, and guidedselling.
n
Proficiencyin Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform events.
n
Salesforce Communications Cloud Accredited Skilled orOmniStudioDeveloper certification.
