Requisites:

Role 1: Supply Chain / Finance & Operations
D365 Finance & Operations experience.
Expertise across Supply Chain and relevant Finance capabilities.
Understanding of procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and/or finance.
Lead workshops and translate requirements into D365 solutions.
Develop functional designs, process flows and acceptance criteria.
Identify optimisation, automation and standardisation prospects.
Work with architects, developers and integration teams.
Support configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live activities.
Stakeholder, communication, business and problem-solving skills.
Consultant, Functional Lead, SME or Solution Consultant experience.




Mentor and coach internal teams.

Role 2: Sales
D365 Sales / CRM experience.
Understanding of sales and customer lifecycle processes.
Lead discovery and requirements workshops.
Translate requirements into D365 solutions.
Develop functional designs, process models, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Identify process improvements and recommend best practices.
Work with architects, developers and integration teams.
Support configuration, testing, defect management and deployment.
Stakeholder, communication, business and problem-solving skills.
Consultant, Functional Lead, SME or Solution Consultant experience.
Mentor and coach internal teams.
