This role plays a key part in coordinating patient bookings and supporting clinical teams within a busy hospital setting.About the role:Manage a high volume of patient bookings over the phoneBe the primary contact for incoming booking enquiriesProvide clear information to patients regarding appointments and preparationLiaise closely with Radiologists, Nursing staff, and clinical teamsEnsure booking details and patient information are accurateSupport administrative workflows within a structured bookings environmentWorking pattern:Monday to Friday between 6:30am-9pm10‐hour shifts,



with one rostered day off per weekOptional weekend work available once fully trainedAbout you:Previous experience in a phone‐based bookings, contact centre, or medical administration roleConfident and professional phone mannerStrong attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesComfortable working in a fast‐paced, process‐driven environmentWork within a respected hospital settingStructured onboarding and trainingPredictable weekday roster with flexibilityA focused role where bookings and coordination are your core responsibility
