The Opportunity
We're looking for a Product Engineer to join our team and help turn great engineering into reliable, commercially viable products.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll work closely with engineering, R&D; and production teams to improve existing products, introduce new products into manufacturing and solve complex technical challenges.
You'll play a key role in ensuring our products are safe, reliable, manufacturable and cost-effective, while helping our production teams operate efficiently.
What You'll Do
Improve existing products, manufacturing processes and engineering systems.
Support recent product development and transition products from R&D; into production.
Investigate and resolve technical, manufacturing and product issues.
Develop and maintain testing, documentation and engineering processes.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, certification and quality requirements.
Work closely with engineering,



R&D; and production teams to improve quality, reliability and efficiency.
Provide technical support, fault-finding and problem-solving across manufacturing.
Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve processes and optimise costs.
About You
You're a practical, solutions-focused engineer who enjoys working across
e
ngineering and manufacturing.
You'll bring:
Degree in Electrical, Electronics or a related engineering discipline.
At least 3 years' experience post-graduation
Experience in electrical/electronics engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving, fault-finding and technical skills.
Knowledge of engineering standards, quality systems and product certification.
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with hazardous area products or certification will be highly regarded
