Monday–Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Northgate QLD
What you will be required to do:
You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting national accounts and managing customer enquiries across multiple channels.
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
Managing customer requests through Salesforce and internal systems
Coordinating service bookings and scheduling requirements
Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
Maintaining accurate customer records and account information
Liaising with internal departments to ensure service delivery standards are met
Working within KPI and service level expectations
Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
To be successful in the role you will:
Previous experience within a customer service or contact centre environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
High attention to detail and data entry accuracy




Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems will be highly regarded
A positive attitude and solid customer-focused approach
