Belle Property Richmond is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our growing, well-established property management team on Bridge Road. This is a role built around learning the craft properly, with structured training and mentoring from our Head of Property Management and the day-to-day support of experienced managers who know the local market well.

About the role

You'll work closely with the wider team to keep our portfolio running smoothly, with dedicated leasing and administration support so you can focus on the core work of property management with the goal to step up and begin managing your own portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include
Communication with renters and rental providers
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
Conducting routine, entry and final inspections
Lease renewals and rent reviews
Property management administration
Building your knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation

We work with up-to-date technology and systems, and you'll have clear processes behind you from day one.

What you'll need
Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
A current driver's licence
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Availability to participate in the Saturday roster
