We have an opportunity for an Assistant Reservations Manager to join the team to support all Hunter Street Hospitality venues with guest enquiries.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Reporting to the Head of Reservations and based at our Head Office in The Rocks, you will:
Manage end-to-end restaurant bookings across high-volume brands
Deliver confident, warm, and polished guest communication via phone and email
Oversee the training and development of reservation agents with support from the Head of Reservations
Champion internal platforms such as Sevenrooms and Monday.com




Work with Reservations Manager on improving efficiency of systems and communication strategy with the operations team
Coordinate group bookings and prepare event orders in partnership with venue teams
Identify upselling opportunities and promote programming and special events
Partner closely with Operations to ensure a seamless pre-arrival journey

What We’re Looking For We are seeking someone who:
Experience in a similar role
Robust written and spoken communication skills and verbal manner
High level of knowledge of the back end of Sevenrooms
Has meticulous attention to detail and robust administrative discipline
Thrives in a fast-paced workplace with multiple brands and priorities
