About the role
Lead as Manager on Duty, set explicit priorities and keep the operation moving
Coach and develop team members while recognising solid performance
Maintain high standards across service, presentation and the guest experience
Oversee liquor, gaming, safety and operational compliance
Support labour management, stock control, cash handling and venue reporting
Identify practical improvements and work with the leadership team to put them into action
Ensure the venue is presented to the highest standard

Who we’re looking for
Leadership experience in a pub, hotel, club or similar venue.
Solid knowledge of gaming, bar and TAB operations
A positive,



energetic leader who sets clear expectations, develops people and brings the team with them
Confidence with venue administration, cash management and reporting
Current NSW RSA and RCG, with ARCG completed or able to be completed before supervising operations
Flexibility to work a rotating roster across days, nights, weekends and public holidays

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
