Anytime Fitness Penrith is under current ownership. We are looking for a high-energy, people-first Club Manager who loves sales, thrives on leading a team, and gets a kick out of helping members feel confident and supported.

About the Role: Club Manager, you'll be the face of the club and lead from the front. You'll drive results, coach the team, and make sure every member experience is welcoming, qualified, and consistent.

What you'll be doing (key responsibilities)
Drive sales performance by managing leads, tours, follow-up, and conversions to hit monthly targets
Lead retention and engagement initiatives that keep members active, connected, and achieving results
Own the member experience - meet, greet, support, and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Execute local marketing including community outreach and managing the club's online presence




Lead and develop the team through coaching, accountability, and creating a positive culture
Oversee daily operations supplier coordination, and facility presentation
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall club environment

Essential criteria:
Proven people management experience
Strong sales and customer service experience
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Target-driven mindset and ability to execute consistently
Ability to plan and prioritise in a quick-paced environment
Well-presented, professional and punctual
Passion for creating a fun, inclusive, vibrant club culture
Working with Children Check.
