GBP Cranes and Heavy Haulage are looking for an experienced Administrator to support our very busy office. This role will predominately be working in our accounts payable department and is available for an immediate start.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in an administrative role. Experience in mining or heavy industry would be an advantage but not essential, with the ability to work in a full-time capacity 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. Part time working arrangements may be negotiated with the right candidate.

This role is an in-house support function, requiring the successful candidate be based out of our Head Office in Gunnedah.

Key success factors are as follows:
Skilled mannerism
Previous experience working in an accounts payable's role is preferred.
Previous experience working in a role with high volume data entry.




Completing data entry with absolute accuracy.
A high level of attention to detail is a requirement.
Ability to use accounting/software systems, Xero preferred, however we will provide training.
Enjoy working in a team setting where everyone is supported to achieve success in their role.
Positive communicator with a professional demeanor at all times.

Experience/Knowledge
High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite
XERO experience preferred, but not essential
Accounting system knowledge
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team setting
