Our client is a very large medical company in Australia and is currently looking to have an empathetic person to join their growing team on a temp full time basis. This role is based in Macquarie Park very close to public transport connections & the metro. The position if office based, and is very likely to be extended or become permanent for the right person.

About the role

Our client is looking for a motivated and friendly customer service representative. You will be the first point of contact for business to business customers, helping with orders and general enquiries while working closely with other departments in a varied and exciting role. This position is perfect for someone looking for the stability of a secure, long term role role in a respected and well-established company with a supportive team setting.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in customer service or eager to learn with a positive and can-do attitude.

Duties
Delivered outstanding customer service in an inbound call centre workplace
Maintained a strong rapport with customers and sales representatives
Dealt effectively with challenging customers




Providing frontline communication and support to external customers
Responding to customer’s queries in a positive and professional manner
Acting as a point of contract between Finance and site personnel
Assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly management reports
High quantity of data entry, invoicing and processing orders

Skills & experience
Proven ability to maintain good working relationships with client, supplier and on-site personnel
Experience in SAP software is a nice to have
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Qualification in business administration or equivalent experience
