About The Role

CNW is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our Contracts Team based in Murarrie.

Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, this role will work on supply contracts and tender submissions, and will be responsible for preparing accurate documentation, coordinating proposals, and supporting the full submission process.

Key Responsibilities

· Preparing and reviewing contract documentation.

· Delivering timely and accurate proposals that offer competitive solutions to customers.

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, internal and external stakeholders.

· Managing multiple tasks and preparing project submissions for several clients at any one time.

· Following up on proposals, gathering customer feedback and negotiating as required.

What We’re Looking For

· Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator position or within an electrical wholesaler.

· Proficient in Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.





· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· High level of attention to detail.

· Solid time management and organisational skills.

· Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.

· Experience with MPro systems and procedures is highly regarded.
