Exciting chance for a Chiropractic Assistant (Receptionist) to join the team at Total Lifestyle Chiropractic in Proserpine. This is a casual role, approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the clinic.
What you'll be doing
Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's booking system
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Maintaining patient records and other administrative duties
Assisting the chiropractic team with various tasks as required
Ensuring the reception and other rooms are clean, organised and well presented
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the healthcare industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent patient care
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in using computer systems and software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
A friendly,
qualified and reliable team player
An interest in health and wellness
Available for shifts between 7:00am to 12:30pm & 1:30pm to 6:30pm approx.
Available to cover other team members leave sometimes at short notice
