Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.Data Entry & System Updates: Input weight data into the system, assist with inventory management, and report discrepancies.Coordination: Work with production, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and communicate any delays or issues.Customer Service: Provide assistance to truck drivers and address queries related to the weighing process.Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols, keep the weighbridge area clean, and ensure equipment is maintained properly.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEPrevious experience working within a fast-paced production or warehousing environment.Education & Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.Technical Skills: Familiarity with weighbridge systems and basic computer software.Attention to Detail: Accurate data recording and robust organisational skills.Communication: Clear verbal and written communication for effective interaction with drivers and team members.Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors and handle physical tasks.
