Accountant Wanted – Aged Care Business

We are looking for an experienced and reliable accountant to join our growing aged care business.

Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week across 3 days, with the potential to increase to a full time position as the business grows.

Key responsibilities will include
Payroll processing and management
PAYG and superannuation
Director payroll, tax and super guidance
Client budgeting and budget monitoring
Xero management and reconciliations
Financial reporting and general accounting support
Cash flow and expense monitoring

We already have someone managing our BAS/GST, so this is not required. Experience in aged care, Home Care Packages/Support at Home, NDIS or a similar industry would be highly regarded.

We are looking for someone reliable, organised and responsive who is interested in growing with the business.
