At Expert Hearing Care, we believe every conversation is the start of a better hearing journey. We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and client-focused Contact Centre Operator to join our team and be the welcoming voice for recent clients.

What You’ll Do
Handle incoming phone calls and online enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Book and manage client appointments using our scheduling system.
Provide clear information about our services and guide clients through their first steps.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries and bookings.
Work collaboratively with our clinical and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
A calm, patient manner when assisting clients.
Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple tasks.




Previous experience in customer service, reception, or contact centre roles is highly valued.
A genuine interest in helping people and making their journey positive from the very first call.
