Chemistry Masters – AI Data Trainer

If you have a Master's degree (or are currently pursuing one) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field, this is a rare prospect to apply your knowledge in a cutting-edge, high-impact way — fully remote and on your own schedule.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Design advanced chemistry problems to rigorously test AI performance across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
Develop explicit, step-by-step solutions with logically sound, well-structured reasoning
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry topics
Provide structured written feedback that directly improves how AI models think through complex scientific problems
Who You Are
Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
No prior AI or data annotation experience required
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or research benchmarking
Familiarity with how large language models (LLMs) work
Background spanning multiple chemistry sub-disciplines
