About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join on a temporary basis, covering parental leave until early April 2027. This role will focus on several key projects, including an MFA authentication upgrade and payments platform replacement.

Key responsibilities
Lead the business analysis activity for various projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Elicit complex business and functional requirements from senior stakeholders
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and structure strategic initiatives
Conduct data analysis to support business case development




Identify and evaluate business problems using critical thinking and data analytics
Assess project outputs and ensure they meet stakeholder needs.

Skills & experience
Proven experience in business analysis, with 5 years in a similar role
Solid capability in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and present solutions
Familiarity with digital transformation projects and process mapping
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
