We are working with a leading indie integrated creative, media & comms agency who are on the hunt for an Account Director to lead a portfolio of client relationships and shape the strategic and creative work behind them. The role

You'll own a portfolio of accounts from planning through to delivery, working closely with client, creative and production teams. You'll shape briefs with a transparent strategic point of view, bring clients along on the thinking behind the work, and help grow the Account Executives and Account Managers around you.

What you'll be doing
Leading the strategic and day-to-day relationship across a portfolio of accounts
Developing briefs with a clear strategic point of view before they hit creative
Partnering with creative and production to shape and land integrated work
Managing scopes, budgets and timelines, and flagging risks early




Presenting ideas and strategic thinking to clients with clarity and confidence
Supporting and mentoring Account Executives and Account Managers
Spotting opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts

What you'll bring
5+ years agency experience, with a track record of leading accounts and driving strategic thinking
Confidence developing and presenting strategic points of view to clients
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
The ability to juggle competing priorities and stay steady under pressure
A collaborative, commercially minded approach to client work
A genuine love of outstanding work, outstanding teams and great client relationships
