What You’ll Be Doing
Managing and nurturing warm leads —no cold calling required.
Guiding clients through the full home building journey: finance, land, and construction.
Creating tailored solutions that suit budget, lifestyle, and long-term goals.
Collaborating with our internal teams to deliver a smooth, rapid, and memorable build process.
Working flexibly—WFH, in-office, or hybrid. You’re in control of your calendar.
Match clients with the right builder from our wide panel of builders




Sell homes from a wide range of builders for new estates, custom homes and multi unit developments.

What We’re Looking For
A proven performer in sales/consulting within building,
Results-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping people.
Excellent communicator with strong client management skills.
Organised and able to manage multiple client pipelines.
Comfortable using CRMs and digital tools (we’re a tech-forward business).
