Bar & Floor: Lead our bar operations while confidently supporting the floor during busy services.
Italian Food & Beverage Savvy: Bring a strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines, and aperitivi.
Traits: A leadership mindset, excellent work ethic, and a valid RSA.

What’s on Offer:
Minimum 15 hours/week to start.
