Key responsibilities
Crafting consistently amazing coffee and specialty drinks
Creating memorable customer experiences with friendly service
Assisting with café operations and food service
Keeping our café clean, organised, and welcoming
Working alongside a positive, supportive team

About you
Previous barista experience and confidence on the machine
A friendly, energetic personality
A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Ability to thrive during busy service periods
Previous team leader, supervisor,



or management experience (bonus)
Experience training or mentoring team members (bonus)
A desire to grow into a leadership role in the future (bonus)
