BARISTA & CAFÉ ALL-ROUNDER The Boatshed Woronora | Woronora, NSW The Boatshed Woronora is looking for an experienced Barista & Café All-Rounder to join our friendly team at our busy waterfront café.

We’re looking for someone who is confident on coffee but also happy to jump in wherever needed. This is an all-rounder role, so alongside making excellent coffee, you’ll be helping with customer service, taking orders, running food and drinks, clearing tables and keeping the café clean and organised.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for
Making consistently great coffee in a quick-paced workplace
Taking customer orders and processing payments
Running food and drinks
Clearing and resetting tables
Providing friendly and effective customer service
Keeping the coffee and service areas clean and organised
Helping with general café duties throughout the shift
Working closely with the rest of the front-of-house and kitchen team

About you We’re looking for someone who:




Has previous barista experience
Is confident working on a coffee machine during busy periods
Has a friendly, positive attitude
Works well as part of a team
Is reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Is happy to help with all areas of the café — this isn't a coffee-only position
Can stay organised and calm during busy services
Is available for weekday and weekend shifts

Pay: $33.00 – $39.00 per hour
