About the Role

Bryan Industries Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Boilermaker to join our team in Paget, Queensland. With several long-term projects secured, this is a great prospect to be part of a growing team delivering high-quality fabrication work. These are full-time positions, day shifts, and overtime opportunities for the right candidates.

What You'll Be Doing:
Fabricate and assemble structural steel components according to engineering drawings and specifications
Operate workshop machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with project and safety standards
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Assist in continuous improvement of workshop processes

What We're Looking For:
Trade-qualified Boilermakers with proven experience in structural fabrication
Must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol screening
Relevant Tickets and licences: Forklift, EWP, Working at Heights, and Overhead Crane are advantageous




Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
Solid attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
A proactive attitude and solid teamwork skills
Reliable and safety-conscious individuals who take pride in their work
