We are looking for Baristas Cafe All Rounder with a solid background in coffee or experience working in a busy cafe environment. Having worked in a similar position for at least 1 years is preferred.
To be successful, we are looking for someone who
enjoys working in a busy cafe setting with a variety of people
A passion for great food and coffee!
Understanding and knowledge of operating a espresso machine, experience in preparing espresso coffees
A focus on continuous improvement & exceeding customers' expectations every time to create loyal customer
A keen focus on processes and compliance & ensuring quality every time!
Energy, positivity & resilience with a keen focus on inspiring others
Target orientated and career driven with the passion and abilities to be successful.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $34.76 – $40.80 per hour
