About Us: OROSI Architecture is seeking a full time Architectural Draftsperson to join their team.

Key Responsibilities: ? Preparing detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for buildings and structures. ? Preparing detailed architectural drawings, technical detailing and specifications for multi-residential buildings and structures

? Translating architects' concepts and designs into accurate technical documentation ? Assisting in the preparation and coordination of project documentation for statutory approvals ? Producing models and visual representations of designs using CAD software





? Conducting site inspections and assisting with project documentation ? Liaising with architects, engineers, consultants and clients to ensure smooth project progression ? Ensuring compliance with the National Construction Code, Australian Standards and relevant council requirements

Skills and Experience Requirements: ? Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in architectural drafting or a related field. ? Relevant qualification in Architectural Drafting, Building Design, or similar (e.g., Certificate IV in Building Design, Diploma in Architectural Technology).

? Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite. ? Robust attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work to deadlines. ? Positive communication and teamwork skills.
