Full & Part Time Opportunities – Hoppers Crossing Sports Club

Hoppers Crossing Sports Club is growing, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Attendants to join our Gaming, Food & Beverage team. If you enjoy working in a rapid‑paced, people‑focused environment and want to be part of a friendly, community‑based Club, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing
Delivering exceptional customer service across gaming, bar, bistro and café areas
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG)
Cash handling and POS operation
Bar and table service
Food handling and service
General cleaning duties
Maintaining the Club’s presentation and service standards

Licensing & Experience

RSA and RSG (Victoria) are essential, or a willingness to obtain them. Experience in hospitality, gaming or customer service is highly regarded.

Confident, friendly communicators
Robust attention to detail and resilience during busy periods




Team players with a positive attitude
Previous hospitality or gaming experience preferred
Comfortable working split shifts
Availability across weekends and evenings
We support work/life balance and aim to provide each team member with at least one weekend off per month.

Presentation Expectations
