Accor's Sydney Olympic Park precinct seeks aVenue Manager to lead The Brewery Bar + Kitchen, overseeing busy food and beverage operations, gaming and events. You'll drive guest experiences, coach a high-performing team, and coordinate large-scale events from floor to behind the scenes.

Ideal candidates have proven venue leadership in high-volume settings, solid licensing knowledge, and NSW RSA/RCG certification. NSW working rights required; evenings and major events availability expected.
