Saw Operator Position for Westec Doors & Windows

Westec Doors and Windows is the leading Hi-End Residential Doors and Window supplier for Perth and the surrounding region. We require a self-motivated individual with the following requirements to fill the position of Saw Operator.

Saw Operator Duties
Set up and operate Emmegi & Elumatec saws to cut Aluminium.
Examine materials for any defects prior to cutting.
Read and understand fabrication sheets to determine material optimization.
Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications.
Maintain saws, checking and replacing worn blades, drive belts and other parts.
Keep record of daily production.

Saw Operator Requirements
Ability to read fabrication sheets & technical drawings
Experience with the operation of saws
Knowledge of safety procedures
Attention to detail
Able to work with minimal supervision
