About the Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic Bartenders to deliver attentive, high quality service behind the bar, joining the team behind a landmark new venue within the Powerhouse Parramatta.

About the Role

You will work as part of our bar team, maintaining a consistently high standard of guest service during every shift.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing attentive, professional bar service to guests
Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard
Assisting with bar setup, service and pack down
Building rapport with guests and delivering a warm, professional experience
Maintaining cleanliness, presentation and stock levels behind the bar
Working collaboratively with kitchen, floor and management teams

About You

You are a hospitality professional who thrives behind the bar and enjoys delivering great guest experiences.

You bring:
2+ years’ experience working across similar venues




Strong cocktail and coffee skills
A flexible, can-do attitude
Solid communication skills and a genuine passion for guest experience
The ability to stay organised and composed during busy periods
Availability across a range of shifts, including days, nights and weekends
Enthusiasm for being part of a high-profile current opening

Pay: $29.45 – $51.54 per hour
