We are seeking experienced and motivated leaders to join our restaurant team in North Lakes, Australia. We're looking for a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, and Shift Leaders who are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences while driving operational excellence. Lead, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve performance goals and maintain high service standards
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and facility maintenance
Manage staff scheduling, time-off requests, and workforce planning to ensure adequate coverage during all service periods




Monitor and control food costs, labor expenses, and other operational costs to achieve profitability targets
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations at all times
Train and onboard current team members, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback
Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction
Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and financial reporting procedures
Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Communicate effectively with upper management regarding performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives
Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment for staff and customers
Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery
