About the role

As a Visual Merchandiser at Bloom, you'll create fresh, abundant floral displays that lift the customer experience and drive sales. This is a casual role, 20–25 hours a week, starting ASAP. Based in Belmont, WA, you'll travel to Bloom store locations to keep displays well stocked, easy to shop and presented to a high standard. It's hands-on and quick-paced, blending creativity with commercial and operational know-how.

Key responsibilities
Create and maintain floral displays that showcase freshness, colour and quality
Travel from Belmont to Bloom stores to maintain consistent merchandising standards across locations
Keep displays full, organised and visually consistent across every store
Refresh seasonal, promotional and event displays, including our peak periods: Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day
Position priority and high-turn lines to maximise visibility and sales
Rotate stock and manage freshness to reduce waste and protect presentation
Monitor stock levels and work with store and sales teams to keep displays replenished
Feed back ideas to improve layout,

What you'll bring
Previous experience in visual merchandising, retail or a similarly hands-on role
Commercially-led approach with the ability to build attractive, high-volume displays in a quick-paced workplace
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of presentation
Understanding of stock rotation, freshness management and sales-focused merchandising
Confidence working with perishable product, or a willingness to learn
A reliable, proactive and team-oriented approach
Physical ability to lift and move stock
Availability Monday, Wednesday and Friday, plus peak periods: Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day
