We’re looking for an energetic, sales-driven Branch Manager to lead our Wynnum branch and drive its next phase of growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys being out with customers, spotting prospects, quoting tenders, winning work and growing a branch. With a strong industrial customer base and plenty of chance in the local market, this role is ideal for someone who brings commercial drive, industry knowledge and a genuine passion for sales leadership.

As Branch Manager, you’ll take ownership of branch performance across sales, margin, operations, service and team leadership.

This is not a purely operational role. We’re looking for someone who will be active in the market, build solid customer relationships,



identify growth opportunities and help expand the branch’s footprint across the local industrial sector.

What you’ll be doing
Driving sales, margin and profit growth
Leading the day-to-day operations of the branch
Building strong relationships with industrial customers, suppliers and internal teams
Getting out in the market to meet customers and win current business
Preparing quotes, managing tenders and converting opportunities
Coaching and leading the branch team to deliver strong service and commercial outcomes
Creating a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture
Maintaining strong safety, compliance and operational standards
