Job Description
As Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in leading kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and creativity. This is a hands-on role that requires solid leadership and excellent organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
