About the role: We are looking for energetic Team Leaders to join our Buranda restaurant on a casual basis. In this role, you will lead our front-line team to ensure the highest store operating standards are met. You will be the go-to person during your shifts, ensuring everything runs smoothly while maintaining our fun and friendly culture.

Responsibilities
Leading and motivating the team to meet daily store operating standards.
Ensuring every guest receives exceptional customer service and fresh, high-quality food.
Managing shift operations, including food prep, cleaning, and safety protocols.




Solving operational problems quickly and effectively to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.

Requirements
Strong attention to detail to ensure our high standards are never missed.
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative during busy shifts.
Proven problem-solving skills and a calm head under pressure.
