We’re looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Associate / Senior Associate to join an established Adelaide studio working across education, community, health, defence, recreation and other complex projects.

Education experience is preferred, but it’s not the only thing we’re interested in.

The role This is a genuine leadership position.

You’ll have the opportunity to:
Lead projects from early design through to delivery
Build strong client and consultant relationships
Guide and mentor emerging architects
Influence design direction and project outcomes
Contribute to business development and studio strategy
Help shape how the team works and where the practice goes next

You won’t be expected to do everything yourself.

The opportunity is to lead well, bring people with you and make valuable things happen.





What we’re looking for You’ll be a registered architect with strong experience leading complex projects and working confidently with clients, consultants and internal teams.

You’ll ideally bring:
Experience across education or other complex, stakeholder-heavy projects
Strong project leadership and delivery skills
Confidence working directly with clients
A genuine interest in mentoring and developing people
Valuable commercial awareness
The ability to see the bigger picture, not just your own project
A desire to have a meaningful role in the future direction of a practice
