We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking LO (Order Picker) Forklift Operators and Pick Packers to join our client's team in Tullamarine. This is an excellent chance to secure ongoing work with a well-established company in a supportive and fast-paced warehouse environment.
To be successful in these roles, you will have:
For LO Forklift Operators – a current LO Forklift Licence with proven, verifiable operating experience.
Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or pick packing environment.
Experience with order picking, packing, RF scanning, stock replenishment and put-aways.
A robust commitment to Work Health & Safety (WHS) and safe work practices.
Excellent reliability, punctuality, and attendance, with the ability to commit to ongoing full time hours.
A current Australian Driver's Licence and your own reliable transport.
The physical capability to perform manual handling and general warehouse duties.
A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

with availability to work a minimum of 38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Safely operate LO (Order Picker) Forklifts where required.
Accurately pick, pack, label and prepare orders for dispatch.
Use RF scanners to complete picking and inventory tasks.
Complete order picking, stock replenishment, put-aways and inventory movements.
Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product standards.
Assist with manual handling and general warehouse duties as required.
Maintain a clean, secure and organised work environment.
Work collaboratively with the warehouse team and supervisors to achieve daily productivity and KPI targets.
