On behalf of our client, we are looking for a full time experienced Recruitment Consultant.

The role will be responsible for 360 recruitment process from start to finish. The daily duties and responsibilities include:
Working as a 360-recruitment consultant, being responsible for the full recruitment cycle.
Preparing and processing applications, verification of details, reference checking and managing client interviewing process.
Appraisal of suitability for current live positions.
Account managing and developing current client relationship.
Managing induction and onboarding of staff and provide information on the condition of service, pay rates, and interpreting relevant Fair Work legislations awards for work conditions and salaries
Updating the employers and jobseekers on job vacancies




Supporting the managing director and branches with any ad hoc duties where appropriate.

Education – Bachelor degree or higher qualification desirable. Industry experience may substitute.

Experience & Skills
2 years of Industry experience as a 360-degree recruitment consultant
Excellent administration, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast paced, energetic environment
Strong decision-making skills
People orientated

Salary: Salary being offered is commensurate with qualifications and experience and is between $80,000 - 110,000

This is a full time role.
