At ANZUK, we believe great people belong in roles that matter. As a Recruitment Consultant in our Schools division, you'll partner with education leaders across South Australia, helping schools solve workforce challenges by connecting them with exceptional teaching talent.

This is a recruitment role with a strong focus on relationship building, candidate engagement, and business development. You'll work closely with school leaders, develop client partnerships, and leverage ANZUK's national and international networks to source outstanding educators in a candidate-short market.

You'll inherit existing relationships while also having the opportunity to grow your own portfolio, build your network, and establish yourself as a trusted recruitment partner within the education sector.

What You'll Be Doing
Build and maintain relationships with schools across Adelaide and South Australia
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive market engagement




Source and attract high-quality education talent locally and internationally
Manage the recruitment process from initial brief through to successful placement
Provide recruitment advice and market insights to clients and candidates
Deliver exceptional service and outcomes for both candidates and clients

What We're Looking For
Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or a relationship-focused role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive and consultative approach to working with clients and candidates
Confidence engaging with stakeholders and developing new business prospects
