As a Staff Development Midwife, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening workforce capability, promoting clinical excellence and supporting safe, evidence-based care for women, babies and families across regional WA. This is more than a clinical role. Attractive salary package of RN/RM Level 2 $109,599 - $115,682 p.a. pro rata,



plus 12% superannuation.
Eligible sites may attract the Country Nursing and Midwifery Incentive Program, offering payments between $5,000 and $17,000 subject to eligibility requirements.
