Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist
Location: Robina, Gold Coast QLD

We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to drive growth across two growing e-commerce brands. This role focuses on performance marketing, creative production, conversion optimisation and AI-powered marketing systems, working closely with the Founder.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns, including creative testing, analysis and reporting.
Develop marketing strategies, creative concepts and paid social content.
Build and improve landing pages, product pages and customer journeys.
Plan A/B tests and implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
Coordinate website updates and performance improvements.
Edit and repurpose video and other creative assets.
Develop AI tools, automations and efficient marketing workflows.
Support Google Ads and TikTok Ads as required.

Qualifications
3–4 years’ experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.




Robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with AI tools, automations and marketing workflows.
Knowledge of landing pages, CRO, A/B testing and performance reporting.
Robust communication, commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work independently.
Experience with Shopify, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, video editing or low-code tools is advantageous.
