Next Level Cabinets are a well-established cabinet making business based in Tweed Heads, specialising in the manufacture and installation of high-quality custom cabinetry for residential and commercial projects.

We are seeking a qualified Cabinet Maker / Joiner to join our team. If you're a trade-qualified cabinet maker who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Working in our factory and on-site, you will be responsible for the manufacture and installation of custom cabinetry, including kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, entertainment units, office fit-outs and bespoke joinery.

What You'll Be Doing
Manufacturing custom cabinetry from detailed plans and drawings
Cabinet assembly and fitting of hardware
Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
Installing cabinetry on residential and commercial sites
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
Working collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines
Following all workplace health and safety procedures

Essential Requirements
Qualified Cabinet Maker / Joiner (Trade Certificate essential)
Minimum 5 years' post-trade experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings




Experience with custom cabinetry manufacture and installation
Robust knowledge of cabinet hardware and joinery techniques
Own Tools
Current Australian Driver Licence
White Card
Reliable, motivated and able to work independently
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Skills
Experience operating CNC machinery
Experience with panel saws and edge banders
Forklift Licence (Advantageous)
First Aid Certificate (Advantageous)
