Looking for a Hospitality Managers to lead the day-to-day operations of their store on a permanent basis. You'll be the driving force behind smooth service, happy customers, and a motivated team. Based on what you bring to the role, you're looking at $70,000 to $85,000 plus super, with the chance to make a real impact on how the restaurant runs.
Previous experience as an assistant restaurant manager or supervisor
Drive customer satisfaction by handling bookings, functions, complaints, and feedback with confidence
Lead by example and keep the team aligned on company standards, policies, and performance targets

Preferred Requirements
Proven experience managing a restaurant or similar hospitality venue, with a track record of leading teams effectively
Solid grasp of restaurant profitability, stock control, and P&L; management
Excellent communication skills,



both written and verbal, with the ability to engage customers and staff
Comfortable handling reservations, large bookings, functions, and online or takeaway orders
Familiarity with council and regulatory compliance requirements in hospitality
Knowledge of rostering, labour costs, COGS, training and development
Similar experience in quick paced casual restaurants

Preferred Qualifications
Hospitality or Restaurant Management qualification, or equivalent hands-on experience
Food Safety Supervisor certification or willingness to obtain it
Experience with restaurant management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software
